One Last Hurrah... Jellystone Park

The weekend before school started, we took the kids to Jellystone Park for one last summer hurrah!

We stayed in a Yogi cabin.

Which had a bedroom for Nick & I & an upstairs loft area for the kids.

It also had a futon in the living room.
(Which is where Alex & I ended up sleeping because he was too scared to sleep upstairs.)

The park has several things for kids to do...

like mini golf

(Not so sure about that golf swing!)

an awesome playground

and meeting Yogi Bear live in person bear!

But the main reason we went there was for this...
the water park & slides!

Which is where we spent most of our time.

After 2 days at the water park, it was time to peace out go home.

On the way out, we stopped for Addy to take one last picture with Yogi.

We had actually rented the cabin for a second night but at the end of the 2nd day, Nick & I agreed that it was time to go home. We had a good time, but the cabin was a little 'rustic' for us. And our beds were only about an hour away. So why not go home & sleep in them, right!!

So to sum up our trip...
Did we have a good time?
Yes!
Will we go back?
Maybe to the water park for the day.
But we definitely won't be overnighting there again!
